Tracy Rattray

HR Manager

Tracy is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience specialising in Human Resources, Total Remuneration and Recruitment. 

Tracy's role is focused on supporting managers and employees across the organisation, creating a unique and thriving culture to support our vision and mission, and helping to build the capabilities necessary for a sustainable future.

Prior to joining Free the Bears in 2025, Tracy worked in Corporate Human Resources, holding HR leadership roles in numerous countries around the world includingSingapore, Venezuela, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan and the United States of America. 

Tracy holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and communications from the University of South Africa and a master's degree in mental health counselling from the University of Canberra.

Beyond work, Tracy enjoys photography, reading and writing.  She has authored and published a fiction novel and series of children adventure travel books based on her global travels.
